Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites a Senior Associate to join the CDAO Strategy team. You will help shape AI-enabled data strategy for a leading financial services firm. The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders across functions to drive actionable insights and value creation.

You will contribute to strategy development, monitor industry trends, and guide junior team members while delivering high-quality executive-level analyses and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firms and/or internal strategy group.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication for executive-level deliverables.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions.
• Experience leading strategy engagements and coaching team members.
• Familiarity with AI and data concepts and ability to discuss technical topics with executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects addressing advanced data and AI topics for financial services.
• Develop and deliver executive strategy documents outlining value and direction of AI/data priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and refine the firmwide AI/data strategy to align with goals.
• Lead strategy project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across functions.
• Provide coaching to team members and promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
