Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Data Strategy Lead for its Equities division in New York. You will partner with research and portfolio management teams to drive data product development that underpins analytics, dashboards and decision-support tooling.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders, data owners and technology teams to deliver fit-for-purpose data products that meet defined requirements and governance standards while enabling adoption and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as subject-matter expert in Equities to develop investment inputs.
• 3–5 years building data products or data assets.
• Strong business engagement to elicit requirements and translate needs.
• Experience with data owners and data engineering for sourcing and curation.
• Knowledge of data quality and metadata management; SQL and Python.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed environment; influence without authority.
• Risk and control awareness in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Equities business consumers to understand use cases and translate demand into specifications for data product development
• Collaborate with data owners to source, transform, and validate data for high-quality products
• Lead end-to-end data product development across stakeholders and technology teams
• Ensure governance, ownership, data contracts, and audit evidence for data products
• Support adoption and measurement of business impact
