Job summary

JPMorganChase’s Securities Services Chief Data and Analytics Office invites a Data and Analytics Lead Product Manager to define and deliver the data and AI/ML strategy for Securities Services. You will work across a matrixed organization with CIB-wide and firmwide teams to establish a target state data operating model and drive innovation.

This senior role requires a proven track record in data strategy, strong governance, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience delivering enterprise-scale data and AI/ML strategy.
• Financial services domain experience at large global organizations.
• Experience in matrixed structures and with senior leadership updates.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with strategic thinking.
• Strong data governance, lifecycle management, including data protection and quality.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with vendor technologies (Collibra, Informatica, data mesh, data catalog, etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership on data solutions to support operations and analytics.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize data and AI/ML needs with governance.
• Design and deliver products by integrating data into analytics platforms for ML projects.
• Establish partnerships to enhance data understanding and quality across business areas.
• Develop processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks including protection and retention.
• Oversee data and AI/ML strategy initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage and mentor staff, drive milestones, and mitigate bottlenecks.
