• Hands-on proficiency with at least one modern analytics, visualization, or engineering tool (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or R).
• Experience building data models and working with large datasets.
• Proven ability to own deliverables and drive outcomes independently.
• Strong problem-solving and structured decision-making skills.
• Experience writing requirements and managing delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
