Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Data Strategy Lead for our Fixed Income unit in NY to drive data product development, partner with research and portfolio management teams, and deliver analytics tools and dashboards that support investment decisions.

You will coordinate across business, data owners, and technology teams to ensure data products meet governance, quality, and compliance standards while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a role developing data products or assets
• Ability to elicit requirements and translate into data solutions
• Experience with data owners and data engineering teams
• Knowledge of data quality and metadata management; SQL and Python
• Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders
• Risk and control awareness in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fixed Income business consumers to translate use cases into specifications
• Work with data owners to source data and ensure seamless ingestion and quality
• Lead end-to-end data product development across stakeholders
• Ensure data products have governance, ownership, contracts, quality, and audit evidence
• Support adoption and demonstrate business value
