JPMorganChase is seeking a Data Strategy Lead for the Fixed Income business in our NY office. You will partner with Fixed Income research and portfolio management to drive data product development that underpins research, tools, dashboards, and decision support for portfolio management teams.

You will coordinate with data owners, stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver high‑quality data products with strong governance and risk controls, enabling adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as SME in Fixed Income to develop investment inputs.
• 3–5 years in a role building data products or data assets.
• Strong ability to elicit requirements and translate needs into data solutions.
• Experience partnering with data owners and engineering to source, transform, and curate data.
• Solid understanding of data quality, metadata management, and technical skills (SQL, Python).
• Able to influence across a matrixed organization with stakeholders across business, data and tech.
• Familiar with security and governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fixed Income consumers to translate use cases into data product specs.
• Work with data owners to source, transform, and validate data for high quality products.
• Lead end‑to‑end data product development across stakeholders and tech teams.
• Ensure data products meet governance, ownership, contracts, quality, and access standards.
• Support adoption and realize value by ensuring products are understood and used.
