Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a role developing data products or similar data assets
• Strong ability to elicit requirements and translate business needs into data solutions
• Experience with data owners and data engineering teams for sourcing and transformation
• Solid understanding of data quality and metadata management; awareness of governance
• Ability to operate in a matrixed environment with stakeholders across business, data, and tech

Responsibilities

• Partner with Multi-Asset Solutions business to understand use cases and translate demand into clear specifications for data products
• Collaborate with data owners to source, transform, and curate data to deliver high-quality products
• Drive end-to-end data product development across stakeholders, owners, and technology teams
• Ensure data products meet governance, documentation, and audit requirements
• Support adoption and realization of value by ensuring products are understood and usable by consumers
