Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Lead Solutions Analyst to drive enterprise data strategy, governance, and technology delivery within the Corporate Data and Analytics Services team. You will design and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions, embedding controls, lineage, and quality frameworks across the firm, while partnering with senior stakeholders and CDOs to ensure accessible, observable data assets.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on solutions analysis concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Proven track record delivering technology programs with regulatory reporting obligations.
• Experience running a structured demand intake and prioritization model across multiple senior stakeholder organizations.
• Ability to influence at Managing Director level and above with governance reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory technology programs with regulator-reportable commitments.
• Own and operate a single intake and prioritization model across multiple senior stakeholder organizations.
• Drive on-time milestone delivery by managing agile delivery rhythms and dependencies.
• Influence and secure engineering capacity from teams outside direct reporting lines.
• Apply metadata management, data lineage, governance lifecycle and data contracts expertise to shape platform direction.
• Analyze platform usage signals to diagnose adoption blockers and drive enterprise-scale adoption.
• Own the executive narrative for a multi-stakeholder platform and report status to governance and audit stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering leads on sprint planning to reflect roadmap commitments in delivery.
• Advance data mesh and data product strategy with domain-driven ownership and self-service platforms.
