Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a senior data and AI leader to helm the Data Strategy capability within the Data & Analytics practice in North America. You will oversee client engagements, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and drive delivery excellence and practice growth.

With deep expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, you will shape solutions, manage budgets, and partner with sales to transition from presales to delivery. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

15+ years of professional services, consulting, technology services, or relevant industry leadership experience in US/Canada.
8+ years leading teams and complex Data & Analytics programs with responsibility for delivery, clients, staffing, and financial performance.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data Strategy capability within the D&A practice, ensuring strong client outcomes, delivery quality, financial performance, and business development.
Provide executive and architectural oversight for complex Data & Analytics engagements across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
Establish consistent delivery governance, methodologies, quality standards, risk management, estimation and executive reporting.
Serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point for strategic clients, resolving delivery issues and maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Own workforce and capacity planning, balancing skills, utilization, demand, delivery commitments, and development.
Define and promote best practices across data strategy, architecture, engineering, modernization, analytics, data quality and MDM.
