You will oversee end-to-end delivery, shape account strategies, and coach teams to achieve revenue and client-satisfaction targets while expanding NTT DATA’s footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services account or client management.
• 8+ years in P&L management, financial oversight, and deal structuring.
• 8+ years leading and developing delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel 25%+ as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with clients through ongoing engagement.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of client engagements and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage a $5M+ portfolio with accountability for revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account and business plans to achieve growth targets and expand client relationships.
• Lead the deal-shaping process with compelling presentations to executive stakeholders.
• Engage and influence C-suite and senior leadership to strengthen relationships.
