Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Data Steward to ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. This role bridges business and technical teams, defining standards, validating accuracy, and maintaining metadata to support governance initiatives.

You will collaborate with process owners, data engineers, analysts, and application teams to ensure reliable, well-documented data aligned with business requirements and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-5 years of data analysis, reporting or master data management experience.
• Experience with ERP platforms in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and data governance knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing data quality assessments to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Validate data across reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
• Document data lineage, ownership, definitions, and usage guidelines.
• Assist in enforcing enterprise data governance policies and educate users.
