Job summary

InnoSource seeks a Data Specialist Team Leader to guide a diverse Leasing Department team in daily operations and premium customer service. The role focuses on scheduling, attendance tracking, access and IT requests, plus cost reporting and audits.

The candidate will drive SLA achievement, implement client-driven processes, and foster learning, collaboration, and strong leadership across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and at least 3-5 years’ experience in the related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring and/or supervising associates in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in the execution of projects, decision making and negotiating skills.
• Must have intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Cost Reports and associate desk audits.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are achieved monthly.

Job description

The Data Specialist Team Leader provides day to day leadership and direction to a diverse team of associates who have a responsibility to deliver premium customer service within the Leasing Department of our Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company.

What You’ll Do

• Managerial duties including, but not limited to: Scheduling staff, tracking attendance / PTO, new associate access requests and IT requests
• Assist with Cost Reports and associate desk audits
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are achieved monthly
• Implementing and communicating processes, procedures and policies provided from the InnoSource Director, HR Account Manager, Department Manager, and the Client and ensure compliance

• Must possess strong organizational, communication and time management skills
• Must participate as an active leader, practice effective listening skills and effective collaboration skills
• Have the necessary leadership, judgment, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal
