Are you ready to grow your IT career with a Fortune 100 award-winning company? We’re hiring a Data Center / IT Support Specialist to join our Technician Support Team in Memphis, TN. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with daytime hours, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
- Competitive pay starting at $22/hour
- Day shift schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday

As a Data Center / IT Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our data center infrastructure.
- Hardware & Infrastructure: Install, configure, and decommission servers and network devices
- Perform hardware upgrades and replacements
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as server crashes and network failures
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Cabling & Connectivity: Manage and organize network cabling and patch panels
- Ensure clean and efficient cable management
- Monitoring & Documentation: Monitor infrastructure for alerts and respond to issues
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance, and incidents
- Work closely with remote technical teams for hands-on support
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Compliance & Safety: Follow data center security protocols and safety guidelines
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum of one year of IT support or data center experience (required)
- Familiarity with data center tools and IT service frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
