What You'll Do

As a Data Center / IT Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Hardware & Infrastructure: Install, configure, and decommission servers and network devices
• Perform hardware upgrades and replacements
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as server crashes and network failures
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Cabling & Connectivity: Manage and organize network cabling and patch panels
• Ensure clean and efficient cable management
• Monitoring & Documentation: Monitor infrastructure for alerts and respond to issues
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance, and incidents
• Work closely with remote technical teams for hands-on support
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Compliance & Safety: Follow data center security protocols and safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of one year of IT support or data center experience (required)
