Job summary

InnoSource is seeking a Data Specialist Team Leader to guide a diverse Leasing Department team in Akron, OH. You will oversee scheduling, attendance, and IT access, while ensuring accurate cost reporting and SLA compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. We offer healthcare and life insurance benefits.

Job description

The Data Specialist Team Leader provides day to day leadership and direction to a diverse team of associates who have a responsibility to deliver premium customer service within the Leasing Department of our Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company.

What You'll Do

• Managerial duties including, but not limited to: Scheduling staff, tracking attendance / PTO, new associate access requests and IT requests
• Assist with Cost Reports and associate desk audits
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are achieved monthly
• Implementing and communicating processes, procedures and policies provided from the InnoSource Director, HR Account Manager, Department Manager, and the Client and ensure compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Must possess strong organizational, communication and time management skills
• Must participate as an active leader, practice effective listening skills and effective collaboration skills
• Have the necessary leadership, judgment, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Certifications:

• High School Diploma and at least 3-5 years experience in the related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Prior experience leading, mentoring and/or supervising associates in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment is preferred
• Demonstrated competency in the execution of projects, decision making and negotiating skills
• Must have intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
