Responsibilities

• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining potential fit for our solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects.
• Learn our product portfolio and communicate key features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers in identifying communication and technology solutions that meet their business needs.
• Prepare and provide quotes under the guidance of the sales team.
• Accurately enter customer, quote, and opportunity information into the CRM system.
• Track activities, maintain detailed notes, and follow up on sales opportunities in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing, customer onboarding, and successful deployments.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.
