Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support our Data division within a fast-growing team.

This role integrates with the In-Building Wireless Solutions group to nurture relationships and drive new business through proactive outreach and coordinated efforts with Account Executives and technical staff. The ideal candidate has at least two years in sales or sales support in telecom or electronics, experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales or sales support in telecommunications or electronics.
• Experience selling B2B technology or telecom is a plus.
• Proven phone prospecting and closing abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support integration with the In-Building Wireless Solutions Team and strategic customer programs.
• Introduce customers to integrated wireless system products to increase sales.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and internal technical teams on opportunities and milestones.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for accounts, activities, and opportunities.
• Research potential customers using market data sources to identify prospects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
