enGen is seeking a data analytics professional to handle data sets, reporting, and analytical deliverables across the product life cycle. You will translate business needs into detailed data requirements and work with customers, data engineers, and architects to ensure quality delivery.

The role emphasizes data stores, end systems, and dashboards, with mentoring for junior staff and a strong focus on compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Mastery or exposure to Lean/Six Sigma and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture capability needs with customers and drive quality data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges across project phases.
• Support data and report delivery testing, including test plans, scenarios, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and document requirements, walkthroughs and reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
