Job summary

enGen is seeking a data analytics professional to drive data and reporting solutions within a growing healthcare analytics environment. The role focuses on translating business data needs into detailed technical requirements, building data sets, and delivering operational reports and dashboards.

You will collaborate with customers and technical teams to ensure quality data delivery, while mentoring junior resources and maintaining compliance across the data lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Lean/Six Sigma and Health Insurance/Healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and address data-related challenges across project phases.
• Support various aspects of data and report delivery requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects.
• Assure compliance for required standards and approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and documentation to team members and management.
