Job summary

enGen is seeking a data analytics professional to manage data sets, reports, and dashboards across healthcare products. You will work with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business data needs into quality deliverables and ensure risk management throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 3 years in information systems or technology and a business-related bachelor’s degree. Remote-friendly within the US, with potential hybrid setup depending on location.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field (preferred)
• Six Sigma certification (preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
• Language: None

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and team members to capture capability needs and drive data/report solutions.
• Create data sets, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data challenges and deliver data-driven insights.
• Support data delivery testing, including plans, scenarios, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals across the data lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and document requirements and sprint reviews.
