Job summary

enGen is seeking a data/analytics professional responsible for analytical aspects of business products and services. You will translate data needs into detailed requirements, build data sets, reports, and dashboards, and collaborate with customers and engineers to ensure quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• 1 year of Lean/Six Sigma experience (preferred).
• 1 year of Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as required.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive data and reporting solutions.
• Create and maintain data sets, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges across project phases.
• Support data and report delivery testing to ensure minimal production defects.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and assist with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
