Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced data analytics leader to support complex business products lifecycle, delivering data sets, dashboards, and analytical outputs. You will mentor analysts, drive capability enablement, and ensure high-quality delivery with regulatory risk awareness.

You will engage with customers, data engineers, architects, and managers to translate needs into detailed requirements, perform cost analyses, and guide change requests for new capabilities and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 7 years of IS/IT experience is required.
• Experience with data, reporting, and analytical deliverables.
• Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with customers and cross-functional teams to capture capability needs and deliver data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to address data-related challenges throughout project phases.
• Provide SME input for complex issues and ensure regulatory and financial considerations are addressed.
• Develop test plans, document results, and tie findings to customer impact.
• Communicate project status and enable vendor solutions with clear documentation.
