Job summary

enGen is seeking a data-focused analyst to support business products and services lifecycle, translating data needs into detailed specifications and ensuring quality delivery across data stores and systems.

Responsibilities include collaboration with data engineers and stakeholders, testing deliverables, and mentoring junior resources while maintaining compliance and risk management throughout the data delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Six Sigma and PMP certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Capture capability needs with customers and drive data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges across project phases.
• Support data and report delivery requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects.
• Assure compliance for required standards and approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and document requirements and sprint reviews with stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
