Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or related discipline is required.
• Twenty (20) years of SE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity is required.
• Experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and assess feasible alternative approaches.
• Develop system Architecture and design documentation, and contribute to system integration and test plans.
• Communicate with Government and program personnel and ensure technical integrity of SE deliverables.
