Job summary

Akina, Inc. is seeking a hybrid Analyst/Developer in Annapolis Junction, MD, to drive mission-critical initiatives using LLMs and AI-Integrated Python pipelines.

You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, architecting agentic automations and conducting vulnerability analysis while documenting new tradecraft for strategic customer outreach. The role emphasizes designing AI workflows, Python automation, and rapid response to customer requests, with a strong focus on integration

Qualifications

• Deep experience leveraging LLMs to solve complex problems.
• Integrate AI into automated pipelines and production workflows.
• Data parsing/manipulation.
• Networking knowledge and protocols.
• Experience with open source research.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Familiarity with Git.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that leverage autonomous planning and tool-use to streamline internal operations and improve system efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Python.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis.
• Develop and document tradecraft.
