Job summary

Akina Inc. seeks a Technical Team Lead 3 for the Mission Intelligence team, focusing on data engineering, analytics, and automation. You will ensure reliability, availability, and quality of a mission-critical BI platform while guiding engineers and data scientists.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, mentor staff, and drive documentation and governance across the team. Applicants should have a strong track record in leading technical teams and an understanding of enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to design and implement enterprise-scale deployment architectures.
• Familiarity with SRE principles and operational support.
• Willingness to contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather stakeholder requirements, assess data, and develop metrics-driven solutions.
• Break down tasks into actionable steps to show consistent progress.
• Remove obstacles, manage expectations, and support team execution.
• Define and communicate task scope with clear documentation and tracking.
• Enable site reliability engineering practices in the operational platform.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists.
• Produce project management materials (agendas, notes, design decisions).
