Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Data Strategy and Operations leader to align study teams with program strategies and serve as the operational lead from DSS. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, computer science, life sciences or equivalent.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management/healthcare experience or 5+ years project management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial process and clinical technology; experience managing a trial from initiation to completion preferred.
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Align CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies; lead the CDSO Study Team and represent DS on cross-functional study teams.
• Serve as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS; coordinate DSS study teams to meet objectives; connect global teams.
• Influence cross-functional team members to achieve program and study objectives.
• Use operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution, manage resources, track progress, and prepare status reports.
• Ensure adherence to GCPs, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs and regulatory standards; stay updated on local regulations.
• Participate in CDSO and cross-functional innovation and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to study execution lessons learned across functions.
