Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, computer science, life sciences or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
• 3+ years pharma / clinical research / data management / healthcare experience or 5+ years project management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial process and clinical technology; experience running a trial preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, ability to influence without direct authority, strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Align CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies.
• Act as single contact and operational lead from DSS for assigned studies.
• Coordinate DSS study teams to meet objectives; connect global functional and cross-functional teams.
• Use operational analytics and PM tools to optimize program and study execution; manage resources and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to GCPs, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee vendors and provide feedback on study operations and trends.
• Coach and mentor Data Science Associates; may supervise contract resources.
• Participate in CDSO and cross-functional innovation and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to study execution “lessons learned” across functions.
