The candidate will influence cross-functional teams, manage operational execution, and drive process improvements while complying with GCP, ICH guidelines, and AbbVie SOPs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, computer science, life sciences or equivalent.
• Master's preferred.
• PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management/healthcare experience or 5+ years project management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial process and clinical technology.
• Demonstrated effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to influence others without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Aligns study teams with program- and study-level strategies and leads the DSS Study Team.
• Serves as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS for assigned studies.
• Coordinates DSS teams to meet objectives and connects global teams.
• Uses analytics and project tools to optimize execution and manage resources.
• Ensures adherence to GCP, ICH, AbbVie SOPs and local regulations.
