Qualifications

• Pharma/clinical research experience or 5+ years of project management experience is valuable.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial process and clinical technology.
• Demonstrated leadership, influence, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Aligns DSS study teams with program- and study-level strategies; leads the DSS Study Team.
• Acts as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS for assigned studies.
• Interacts with cross-functional team members to achieve objectives.
• Uses analytics and project management tools to optimize execution and track progress.
• Ensures adherence to GCPs, regulatory guidelines, and AbbVie SOPs.
• Mentors Data Science Associates and may supervise contract resources.
• Participates in DSS and cross-functional innovation initiatives.
• Contributes to study execution lessons learned.
