Job summary

AbbVie Data Science is seeking a proactive leader to drive study delivery and coordination across cross-functional teams. You will align study teams with program objectives, act as the operational lead from DSS, and ensure timely, compliant execution of trials and analyses.

The role requires a solid pharma/clinical background, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority while driving process improvements and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management/health care experience or 5+ years project management experience
• Strong understanding of clinical trial process and clinical technology
• Demonstrated leadership, influence, communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Aligns DSS study teams with program- and study-level strategies; leads the DSS Study Team.
• Acts as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS; coordinates study teams.
• Engages cross-functional teams to meet objectives and timelines.
• Uses operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution and manage resources.
• Ensures adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs and regulatory requirements.
