Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, CS, or life sciences; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical data experience or 5+ years project management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and related technology.
• Proven leadership and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Aligns DSS study teams with program- and study-level strategies and leads the DSS Study Team.
• Acts as single point of contact and operational lead; coordinates DSS study teams to meet objectives.
• Engages cross-functional teams to achieve program and study goals.
• Uses analytics and project tools to optimize execution, track progress, and report status.
• Ensures compliance with GCP, ICH, AbbVie SOPs and local regulations.
• Mentors Data Science Associates and oversees contract resources when needed.
• Contributes to DSS and cross-functional process improvements.
• Shares lessons learned across functions.
