Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharma/clinical research/data management or 5+ years in project management.
• Strong understanding of the clinical trial process and clinical technology.
• Experience leading a clinical trial from initiation to completion is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Aligns CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies.
• For assigned studies, leads the CDSO Study Team and represents DS as a cross-functional study team member.
• Acts as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS; coordinates study teams to meet objectives.
• Utilizes operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution and track progress; anticipates issues and develops solutions.
• Ensures adherence to GCP, ICH Guidelines, AbbVie SOPs and local regulations; stays updated on policies.
• Participates in oversight of vendors and provides feedback on performance.
• Responsible for coaching and mentoring Data Science Associates; may include indirect supervision.
• Participates in CDSO and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
