Job summary

Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Integrity role to verify and submit standardized donor data reports to HRSA and OPTN. You will review EMR records for accuracy, ensure data completeness, and resolve missing or conflicting information with hospital partners.

The position emphasizes quality, compliance, and robust data security while supporting timely regulatory reporting and data integrity improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review donor records in the Electronic Medical Record system for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify key data points for accuracy and completeness prior to data transmission.
• Timely submit regulatorily reportable data to HRSA and OPTN.
• Proactively escalate discovered errors and discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Monitor regulatory reporting caseloads and deadlines to ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
• Work with hospitals, doctors’ offices and partners to obtain missing documentation.
• Promote quality assurance and a culture of continuous process improvement.
