Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of related typing/data processing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office applications in a windows environment are required.
• Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills required.
• Must be detail oriented; possess strong organizational skills and the ability to process data with speed and accuracy.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve donor data discrepancies and duplicate donor records, including evaluating discrepant information to determine the appropriate resolution.
• Contact donors and third parties to resolve donor data issues.
• Modify donor and patient records, including applying and removing deferrals to donor records.
• Assist in coordinating the workflow of the area, including daily production operations and information requests, to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Mitigate regulatory, donor and recipient risks by ensuring team meets all compliance guidelines and timelines and implementing solutions to ensure and improve quality.
