Job summary

Capstone Community Action in Barre, Vermont, seeks a Data and Quality Manager to ensure data compliance and drive programmatic and contractual outcomes across Capstone programs. The role supports database development, and reports for operations and grants, and trains non-technical leadership on systems and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a BA, 5 years of experience with grant documentation, and experience serving low-income or vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• BA in business, finance, communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience supporting operations and program reporting.
• Experience with grant and contract documentation.
• Experience training non-technical leaders on systems and reporting.
• Experience supporting low-income or vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Support data compliance and attainment of programmatic and contractual outcomes.
• Assist Directors and Managers with routine and new reporting.
• Train and advise non-technical leadership on systems, reporting, and documentation.
