Job summary

Community Care Network in Rutland, VT seeks a Developmental Services Quality Manager to lead quality assurance, data analysis, and regulatory compliance for all developmental services programs.

In this role you will oversee audits, develop training, monitor KPIs, coordinate with the administrative team, and ensure documentation and service delivery meet standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 4 years minimum experience in developmental disabilities services or mental health services.
• Knowledge of regulations and quality review processes recommended.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of quality assurance and quality improvement across all Developmental Services programs.
• Ensure consistent practices in client placements, service coordination, service delivery, monitoring and support.
• Establish and enforce standards for quality, compliance, and documentation.
• Develop and monitors KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate service effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Review CIRs and event reports for accuracy and alignment with regulatory guidelines.
