enGen is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to join the Data Protection team. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining data protection infrastructure, troubleshooting incidents, and contributing to DSPM and DLP efforts across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Requires extensive experience with DLP tools and policy management, plus scripting in PowerShell/Python to automate deployments and improvements. Strong collaboration and continual learning are essential.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience with Data Loss Prevention
• 5 years of experience with Information Security and Systems Analysis
• 5 years of experience with deploying and maintaining infrastructure for DLP software's
• 5 years of experience with creating and managing DLP policies

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain data protection infrastructure across platforms and vendors, including DLP, DSPM, and de-identification.
• Collaborate on design/implementation of data protection solutions for on-prem and cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Configure and maintain data protection policies and detection parameters.
• Troubleshoot data protection incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) for deployment and maintenance.
• Stay current with data protection technologies and compliance requirements.
