Job summary

enGen is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to implement and maintain the organization’s data protection infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. You will work with DLP, DSPM, and encryption tools while developing automation scripts to support deployment and operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in data protection or information security, strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python), and familiarity with Windows, Linux, and container platforms like GKE.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Data Loss Prevention
• 5 years of experience with Information Security and Systems Analysis
• 5 years of experience with deploying and maintaining infrastructure for DLP software
• 5 years of experience with creating and managing DLP policies

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain components of the organization's data protection infrastructure across platforms and vendors, including DLP, DSPM, and data de-identification solutions.
• Collaborate on design and implementation of data protection solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Configure and maintain data protection policies, including sensitivity types and detection parameters.
• Troubleshoot data protection incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to projects with testing, implementation, and documentation.
