The Role: A technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting.
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design and model integration.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams.
• Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
• Must be able to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI agents focused on 'Docs to Data' across the Veeva Quality Cloud.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
