As the Data Analytics Lead, you will own the data systems and measurement analyses that sit at the intersection of our products, customers, and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise in SQL and Python with data modeling and large data sets.
• Experience building AI-ready data architectures and collaborating with product teams.
• 10+ years in data science/analytics or data engineering with leadership experience.
• Education in CS/Stats/Engineering/Math/Physics at undergrad or masters.

Responsibilities

• Modern Data Architecture & Engineering: upgrade data architecture to be AI-ready and accessible.
• Customer Data Integrations: guide data integrations into customer systems with solutions engineering.
• Product Analyses: enhance analytics and measurement insights with product teams.
• Custom Analyses: execute client-specific analytical requests with client services.
• Leadership & Team Mentorship: lead and grow a team of data analysts and engineers.
