Job summary

Veeva Systems is building the next generation of data products for the Life Sciences industry. As a Product Leader on the Data team, you will define the product strategy and lead a cross‑functional squad to deliver high‑quality data pipelines, analytics, and APIs.

You will apply GenAI and human‑in‑the‑loop data curation while partnering with Software Product and Engineering to align roadmaps, measure success, and drive production-ready features for internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience driving data-centric products (data pipelines, analytics, APIs).
• Proven AI and automation experience to boost speed and data quality.
• Ability to analyze data quality metrics and data curation workflows.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering and data science.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the data product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional squads from 10 to 100 FTE.
• Establish success metrics and QA frameworks for production features.
• Apply GenAI and human-in-the-loop data tools.
• Engage users and stakeholders to align roadmaps.
