Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Databricks, Snowflake and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience designing Medallion architectures and enterprise data hubs.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Power BI reporting migration from Snowflake to Databricks with zero business disruption.
• Manage end-to-end data pipelines and complex data integration across ERP/CRM/IoT.
• Own the Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) in Databricks for production readiness.
• Design data workflows and distributed systems merging clinical telemetry, ERP, and CRM data.
• Enforce data model design principles and optimize star/snowflake schemas and semantic layers.
• Monitor workloads, optimize costs, and reduce query latency across migrations and steady state.
