Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Data Platform Manager to own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for a modern data platform across Orthopedics. You will lead the Data Foundation initiative to establish a scalable lakehouse using Databricks, cloud services, and medallion architecture.

You will create reusable ingestion, transformation, testing, governance, and observability capabilities to onboard data and deliver business-ready products, while guiding vendors and ensuring continuity during

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading design, implementation, or modernization of a data platform.
• Strong hands-on with Databricks and cloud services (Azure/AWS).

Responsabilités

• Own and implement the Data Platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead scalable Databricks lakehouse design with medallion architecture.
• Build reusable data ingestion and pipeline frameworks with data quality controls.
• Establish engineering standards for data modeling, testing, CI/CD, and security.
• Govern data engineering with governance, lineage, and data quality practices.
• Provide technical governance for business separation and transition activities.
• Guide internal engineers and vendors; set direction and monitor quality.
