CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Data Self-Service Platform, guiding end-to-end delivery of a new internal application enabling teams to access and shape data with user-friendly tools.

You will mentor engineers, align technical execution with business strategy, oversee React/Python development, and ensure robust architecture, observability, and scalable CI/CD pipelines. This is a high-impact role within a data modernization effort.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership/management.
• Experience leading full-stack teams (React/Python preferred).
• Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with production-grade full-stack apps and API development.
• Experience managing containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms and Snowflake.
