You will mentor engineers, coordinate planning and timelines, and ensure robust architecture and production-grade quality while aligning technical work with business strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience leading full-stack teams (React/Python).
• Strong communication for managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing production-grade full-stack applications and gRPC/REST API development.
• Experience managing containerized environments (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Github).
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms and relational/cloud data platforms (Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership for the Data Self-Service Platform (React/Python/Snowflake).
