Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Data Self-Service Platform team. You will drive strategic direction, oversee development of a self-service data access tool, and mentor engineers to deliver production-grade software that modernizes data access across the company.

You will partner with product and analytics stakeholders to design scalable solutions, manage delivery timelines, and ensure robust architecture, observability, and security across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading full-stack teams (React/Python preferred).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership for the Data Self-Service Platform (React/Python/Snowflake).
• Mentor and grow a team of software engineers.
• Coordinate project planning, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Bridge engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure high code quality, observability, and robust architecture practices.
