Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Data Manager to build and govern data assets that underpin operations and growth. You will own dashboards, analytics, and data quality across our AWS-based ecosystem, partnering with IT, Finance, and business leads to deliver actionable insights.

You'll establish standards for metrics, data definitions, and reporting logic, while maturing data pipelines and governance as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BI, analytics, or data reporting.
• Strong SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards in major BI tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into metrics and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports across BI platforms.
• Partner with business teams to define data needs and metrics.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for analytics datasets.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and consistent definitions.
• Design intuitive dashboards for operations and leadership.
• Automate recurring reporting and improve data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data/engineering on datasets and models.
• Document reporting logic, data sources, and standards.
