Job summary

Iterative Health seeks a Data Manager to build and manage data and dashboards across our AWS-based environment. You will ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility while partnering with Finance and IT to scale analytics across the organization.

You will drive dashboard development, data quality, and standardized metrics, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and accelerate growth in a rapidly evolving healthcare tech company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BI, analytics, data analysis, reporting, or related field.
• Ability to translate business questions into metrics, analyses, datasets, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and analytics tools across BI platforms in our AWS environment.
• Translate reporting needs into data requirements and develop actionable dashboards.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and support scalable dashboarding.
