Iterative Health is seeking a Data Manager to build foundational data capabilities, govern data quality, and drive scalable analytics across our technology ecosystem. You will own data management, governance, and reporting practices, partnering with IT, Finance, and other leaders to ensure trusted data supports day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

You will develop dashboards and data products, maintain data definitions, and collaborate with data and engineering teams to improve models,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business intelligence, analytics, data analysis, or related field.
• Experience building production dashboards in BI tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into metrics and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve dashboards, reports, and analytics tools across BI platforms.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting datasets.
• Define consistent metrics and data definitions across dashboards.
