Job summary

PHM is seeking an experienced Data Onboarding and Governance professional to support BI and data warehouse initiatives. You will help build dashboards, design data flows, and ensure data quality across PHM's platforms, working with clients and partners.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data/analytics consulting or governance, strong SQL skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and data visualization tools. Healthcare data knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with SQL and BI tools.
• 3 to 5 years in data/analytics consulting or data governance.
• Experience with media data and healthcare/pharma knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; able to create dashboards in Tableau/Datorama.

Responsibilities

• Support data onboarding and governance initiatives across PHM.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for data collection and delivery.
• Assist QA to ensure data flows into PHM platforms reliably.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and partners.
• Work on data integration, taxonomy, and dashboard projects across PHM client base.
